Prices
All prices listed on the site are quoted without shipping, packaging & handling charges. The shipping, packaging and handling charges are separate and will be mentioned while making the purchase. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice; therefore you should always check prices before making a purchase.
Shipping Charges:
When you add an item to the cart, shipping costs are automatically calculated on the basis of package weight and mode of shipping. We charge a proportionate rate depending on the destination.
Delivery Times:
Generally all orders are processed and delivered within 5-8 business days. Some orders may take longer depending on your geographical location or remote area location.

Returns & Refund Policy (India)
- We accept returns within 7 working days of delivery for unused, unopened and undamaged products in their original packaging.
- Due to the nature of incense sticks, dhoop and aromatic products, used or opened items are not eligible for return for hygiene and quality reasons.
- In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and submit clear photographs of the product and packaging for verification.
- Upon approval, a replacement or refund will be initiated as applicable. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
